1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Winngoo Trade (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What Winngoo does

Winngoo Trade is an online marketplace that helps buyers and suppliers find each other. We provide the Platform only. Any contract for the sale of goods or services is made directly between the buyer and the supplier, and Winngoo is not a party to it.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate and complete information, including your business details and GST number where applicable.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

4. Buyers

Buyers must post genuine requirements and deal honestly with suppliers. You are responsible for checking a supplier’s products, prices, quality and terms before you place an order or make a payment.

5. Suppliers

• Listings, prices, images and descriptions must be accurate and lawful.
• You must have the right to sell the products you list.
• Verified and Trusted badges show that certain checks were done at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of any product, service or transaction.

6. Membership and fees

Some features may need a paid membership. Any fees, plan details and payment terms will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, and fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase or required by law.

7. What you must not do

• Post false, misleading, illegal or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Send spam or misuse other users’ contact details.
• Try to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

8. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you give Winngoo a non-exclusive licence to display and use it on the Platform to provide our services. The Winngoo name, logo and Platform design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any product, or that any user will complete a transaction. To the extent permitted by law, Winngoo is not liable for any loss arising from dealings between users or from your use of the Platform.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other users. You can stop using the Platform at any time and may ask us to close your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us.
